Welcome to the office of Efrain Garcia MD, PA. Our practice specializes in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. It is our belief that medical quality or high professional standards do not have to be cold. It can be warm and personable. While in our care, each patient is treated as a unique individual.

The Office

Whether you decide to tap into our free wi-fi to finish a project or surf the net – or you simply want to relax and ponder your own thoughts –you are free to choose. You are home.
In a few minutes, you will be escorted into one of our exam rooms – where advanced technology continues to meet the comforts of home. While providing care and treatment, we also strive to create an environment where you feel safe – where you can discuss your concerns, share your personal thoughts or simply ask questions. The Location
Efrain Garcia Medical Practice is located in Mercy Hospital Professional building. Our office located on the campus of Mercy Hospital takes pride in creating and offering the environment where the needs of our patients can be met in one single location. Mercy Hospital is a recipient of the Health Grades Distinguished Hospital Award for Clinical Excellence, as well as the J.D. Power and Associates Distinguished Hospital for Service Excellence in 2003 and 2004. A comprehensive medical center, Mercy Hospital is sponsored by the Sisters of St. Joseph and is a member of Catholic Health East - one of the nation's largest healthcare systems. Mercy Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Mercy is affiliated with over 900 physicians representing 28 different specialties". Our office is located in the Mercy Hospital professional building where a variety of medical specialty offices reside and is only steps away from the newly remodeled Mercy Hospital Emergency Room.
Parking
Ample and accessible visitors parking and valet parking services will make your visit to the Efrain Garcia Medical Practice stress free. You may choose to park either at the visitors parking or with the valet parking service. The Visitors’ parking is located at Mercy Hospital Garage. You will see the garage on your left hand side, as you enter the hospital grounds. Parking will cost no more than $3.00 for up to 24 hours. If you choose to use the Valet Parking services ($5.00), you may find it on the first level of the Mercy Professional Offices Building. To access the valet parking continue along South Miami Avenue as you enter the Hospital grounds, pass the visitors parking garage, the Bayside pavilion and turn left. Valet parking is located under the bridge at the first floor of the Medical Professional Building.
